Lions Clubs International District 303 (China, Hong Kong & Macao) celebrated its 70th anniversary of community service by hosting the “Lions Clubs NGO Partners Appreciation Ceremony” on June 1st. Mr. Ho Kai-ming, JP, Under Secretary for Labour and Welfare, attended as the officiating guest and highly commended the professional services of civil charity organizations. [1]
In active support of this milestone, the Lions Club of Hong Kong Central proudly nominated its long-standing partners, “Helping Hand” and “The Neighbourhood Advice-Action Council”, to receive this institutional recognition. Moving forward, our club will continue to uphold the core motto of “We Serve,” unite community resources, and deepen collaborations with welfare partners to bring warmth to every corner of society.
